A key role of the Co-design Lab is working with public sector and community organisations to grow and nurture co-design capability. Over the past three years we have hosted a series of 3 day 'co-design experiences', supported live projects and delivered bespoke advice and coaching to teams. Our approach draws on our knowledge and expertise of co-design practice plus the practical experience working with The Southern Initiative to develop cross-agency and community focused projects.
We have run a series of 3 day co-design experiences workshops with a diverse range of participants. Created to give people a practical hands on experience of the process, tools and principles these workshops are a fun way explore what co-design has to offer.
Learning by doing is one of the best ways to explore co-design practice. The Lab works alongside teams to host and coach projects and challenges. Alongside the Southern Initiative we bring over three years of hands on public sector and community focused innovation experience.
