In conversation with Dr Debbie Goodwin (Tūhoe, Te Whakatōhea), kaupapa Māori evaluation researcher with the Tuakana Teina Evaluation Collective, Dr Penny Hagen (Pākehā), Director Tangata Tiriti at The Lab, shares examples of Niho Taniwha as it is being applied in the public sector.
