In June, Angie Tangaere, Kaitohu Tangata Whenua, and Penny Hagen, Kaitohu Tangata Tiriti, gave the opening keynote address at the AIFS 2022 Conference.

The Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) national biennial conference had a packed program with over 200 papers exploring how policy-makers and service providers can put families’ lived experiences at the centre of their work to better meet their needs.
